Automatic Horizontal Bagging Machine
The APTD-200 is a fully automatic horizontal bagging machine designed for packaging all kinds of solid products into premade bags. It is particularly well-suited for side-gusset bags used in frozen food, bakery items, and frozen burgers secured with a clip. The machine handles the complete process automatically: bag feeding, opening, product pushing, sealing, and outfeed. Built from SS304 stainless steel and driven by a servo motor control system, the APTD-200 features a user-friendly HMI, an indexing product infeed conveyor for line integration, and an automatic “no-bag, no-product” safety system, making it an ideal solution for hygienic, high-efficiency bagging.
