Volumetric Auger Filler
The Volumetric Auger Filler is a precision dosing system specially designed for powder, superfine powder, and granular materials. Driven by a servo motor that rotates a screw auger, it doses product based on the number of screw rotations — delivering consistent, repeatable fill weights with high accuracy. The system can complete measurement, filling, and optional nitrogen flushing in one cycle. Compatible with a wide range of VFFS and premade bag packing machines, it is suitable for milk powder, rice flour, nutritious food, solid drinks, food additives, spices, condiments, glucose, and other powder or granular materials.
