The AP-12BT-2 is a fully automatic double-head rotary fill and cap machine designed for spout pouch filling applications — suitable for bagged suckable jelly, soy milk, fresh milk, yogurt, purified water, juice, ice cream, edible oil, condiments, washing chemicals, and other liquid products. The entire process is fully automatic — including automatic bag feeding, positioning, quantitative filling, nitrogen filling, bag cleaning, cap feeding and sorting, capping, bag withdrawal, and level control. Built with a 304 stainless steel body, Panasonic PLC and 10-inch HMI, variable frequency speed, and CIP cleaning system compatibility — the AP-12BT-2 is a hygienic, high-precision liquid spout pouch solution for food, dairy, and beverage industries across the Middle East and Italy.
