Conveyors (Z-Bucket Elevator & Lifting Conveyor Belt)
Alpha Pack and Process offers two conveyor solutions for vertical product feeding and line integration. The Z-Bucket Elevator uses chain-driven buckets to vertically lift grain, granular, and small block materials — with lifting heights from 3 to 10 metres and a conveying capacity of 10–15 m³/h. The Lifting Conveyor Belt uses a mesh belt conveyor system to automatically convey solid and flowable products from low to high positions — suitable for candy, frozen foods, vegetables, and chemicals. Both systems can operate independently or connect directly to packaging machines to form complete production lines. Available in food-grade stainless steel and various belt material options.
